Viewed from the office tower above, the repetition of colour and form and the graceful undulating terraces emulate the strokes of a paintbrush on the surface below, an example where landscape become art.

The stepped terracing was a direct response to the challenges of providing a seamless connection to various building entrances on different levels. The grass seating areas provide a forecourt to both the restaurant at the lower portion of the building and an entrance feature to the office tower above. Connecting the upper plaza of the office tower to the lower entry was achieved through the introduction of a terracing water feature that accentuates the sloping site. The reflection pools mirror the simple elegance of the building form above. The large lawn areas provide respite from the urban bustle while drawing both the public and building residents to the lawn for casual conversation or picnicking with friends - a delightful surprise in the urban context.
