Andy Livingstone Park was designed as the major sports facility as well as the site for the neighbourhood park for International Village and the outdoor recreation space for a future elementary school.

In order to rezone the Expo lands, Concord Pacific was required to provide public amenities for its future residents. The division of the site by Carrall Street provided the opportunity to provide two distinct park areas strongly linked by a land bridge. The west park provides a highly detailed outdoor living room for local residents and a well defined outdoor play space for the elementary school. As International Village develops and the neighbourhood takes ownership of the park its asset to the community will be fully realized. This ten acre park located in the Pacific Place redevelopment area of downtown Vancouver provides a playspace for a broad range of ages and activities. The park design reflects a sophisticated playful approach and is comprised of two distinct parks connected by a landbridge. The western park is designed to provide neighbourhood-scale recreational opportunities while the eastern park is developed for active sports highlited by one of the largest fields of artificial turf designed for international sports and local recreational groups. All weather tennis courts a field house and a caretakers unit are also provided.
